What will you be doing?

You are passionate about all things measurement and want to help shape the world of online advertising.  

As a Senior Director, Measurement Strategy RMN, you will guide commerce media networks and advertisers in scaling their use of Circana’s measurement and experimentation solutions. You bring deep expertise in Circana’s measurement suite and apply it to advise clients, influence internal teams, and strengthen how the industry understands and values marketing ROI. You champion a client-centric approach, ensuring measurement innovation translates into practical, scalable solutions. You have commercial responsibilities.  Your ability to translate insights into action will empower clients and elevate Circana’s impact. 

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: Grow and retain measurement revenue by expanding adoption of Circana solutions aligned to client business goals
• Deliver Insight Led Solutions: Translate advertiser and market challenges into actionable measurement insights that drive decisions, outcomes, and solution value.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Own measurement revenue performance through disciplined account planning, renewals, and expansion.
• Design New Measurement Products: Partner with product and engineering teams to build market-ready measurement solutions that commercial can sell.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Engage senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor, guiding growth opportunities, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with Product, Sales, Media, Data Science, and Client Engagement to deliver integrated solutions, influence product direction, and unlock cross sell opportunities.
• Strengthen RFP and Diligence Responses: Prepare rigorous, well-reasoned responses to client and partner methodology questions.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail media, CPG, and commerce measurement to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure sustained client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent, measurable value.
• Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide structured market and client feedback to internal teams to refine offerings e.g. Liquid Mix, Liquid testing, inform product development, and shape go to market strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital advertising, product marketing, product management, or measurement-related roles  
• Expertise in marketing measurement and attribution methods (MMM, offline measurement, incrementality, A/B testing, sales lift)  
• Experience working with complex measurement and media solutions in a commercial role
