AI-Native Transformation & Operating Model Innovation

  • Architect and implement an AI-native orchestration model, redesigning how communications, enablement and content are planned, created, and delivered.
  • Leverage generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation and personalization to eliminate repetitive work, accelerate execution and improve audience experiences.
  • Identify and implement emerging AI technologies that transform content operations, audience targeting and employee engagement.
  • Build AI-forward capabilities across the organization through talent development, targeted hiring, experimentation and responsible AI adoption.

Focused and Simplified Audience Experience

  • Coordinate and create a unified communications strategy and experience.
  • Working with services and program owners to translate enterprise priorities into clear actions and everyday behaviors that build a high-performing culture.
  • Develop modern, engaging approaches—including video-first storytelling, personalized nudges, AI-powered content and leader enablement—that simplify complex information and accelerate adoption.
  • Partner across the business to deliver relevant, timely experiences that reduce noise, improve understanding and make it easier for employees and leaders to act.

Insights, Adoption & Business Impact

  • Work with teams to measure success against shared product and service goals, focusing on adoption, behavior change, and business results.
  • Measure operational effectiveness, including cycle time, duplication, productivity improvements and AI-enabled efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate the impact of orchestration through improved employee experience, stronger adoption and measurable business results.

Our Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of communications, marketing, or related strategic leadership experience
  • 5+ years in a director-level or equivalent role managing cross-functional communications initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI-enabled operating models, with practical enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformations and integrating communications, change management and enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, establish governance and influence senior executives in a global organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive communication and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Our Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading AI-enabled communications, marketing, employee experience or enterprise transformation within a large technology company.
  • Proven success deploying AI-powered workflows, personalization, content automation or intelligent employee experiences at scale.
  • Experience applying product management, service design or human-centered design principles to organizational change and employee adoption.
