Job Description:

   

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Channel Integration Lead to support its Lead to Cash initiatives as they relate to the Juniper integration and our partnership with the Channel Distributors. This role reports directly to the SVP of the organization and partners closely will Senior stakeholders across the company.
The Channel Integration leader establishes, defines, and provides guidance on execution of high-impact, long term business strategies that directly impact revenue in the Networking business at a global level and across the portfolio. Directly manages the Partner and Distributor relationship and ensures the successful integration and onboarding of selected Partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic advice to L2C and Integration stakeholders and executive management regarding channel operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Builds financially sound, executable, data-driven business strategies that improve the company's shareholder value.

  • Drives operational efficiency initiatives that improve the company's profitability.

  • Designs and develops business models, market strategies or M&A activities for organizational effectiveness.

  • Leads strategy and leadership teams in developing key and or difficult acquisitions/growth transactions and strategies.

  • Balances short term with long term planning and resource investment.

  • Drives high-impact organizational and operational planning initiatives.

  • Provides innovative thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base within the Channel integration area of expertise.


Education and Experience

  • Management consulting background highly desired.

  • Prior corporate leadership experience required.

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership role with operational efficiency responsibilities.

  • MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree.

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Networking channels knowledge and experience highly desired

  • Vertical Industry Acumen: Develops and exercises a profound understanding of business dynamics within area of control, as a basis for informed business decision making.

  • Resource Optimization: Applies partner and internal resources effectively and efficiently to advance the company's strategy and M&A opportunities.

  • Execution Management: Collaborates effectively with the company's BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives

  • Senior Level Partnering: Contributes to enduring executive relationships that establish the company's consultative professionalism and promotes its total solution capabilities at the highest levels of an organization.

  • Business and Financial Acumen: Exhibits authoritative business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations. Understands the portfolio aspect of the company's products/services and how the businesses work together.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Accesses and uses competitive information to effectively position the company.

  • Change Management: Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization.

  • Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensures comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 196,000 - 429,000 in California
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
