Support go‑live and post‑deployment stabilization by reinforcing new behaviors and ways of working.
Ensure change documentation, ownership, and sustainment plans are in place post‑deployment.
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change practices across transformation waves.
Ability to operate in a dynamic, time‑bound transformation environment.
Ability to support extended hours during critical deployment and go‑live periods.
Travel as required to support leadership sessions, workshops, and readiness activities.

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence behavior change in matrixed environments.
Certification in change management, project management, or Agile methodology (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
Deep expertise in organizational change management principles and methodologies.
Strong ability to influence leaders and employees through ambiguity and transition.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance empathy with accountability in driving adoption.
Strong analytical skills to assess readiness, risk, and adoption effectiveness.
Comfort operating in fast‑paced, high‑visibility transformation environments.
Experience with large ERP systems (SAP) a plus.
