In this technical sales role, you will help customers design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures that support their modernization goals. Using Microsoft Cloud and AI infrastructure and platform services, you will guide organizations through migration, optimization, and innovation, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance agility, reduce costs, and unlock value through AI-powered infrastructure.

As a Senior Digital Solution Engineer - Cloud and AI Platforms, you will help mid-market customers modernize their infrastructure and realize the value of Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient architectures that support AI workloads and business-critical applications.
You will help customers migrate core workloads, including Windows, SQL Server, Linux, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, to Microsoft Cloud and AI platforms. Beyond migration, you will guide customers through cloud modernization, containerization, and cloud-native services such as Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Arc, while exploring how AI and intelligent agents can accelerate application and infrastructure transformation.
You will apply solid networking knowledge to design hybrid and cloud-native solutions, including virtual networks, virtual private networks, and secure routing architectures that address performance, security, and compliance needs. You will also work with partner technologies such as NetApp, VMware, Red Hat, and SAP to support secure, optimized, and scalable solutions.
This opportunity will allow you to deepen your technical proficiency through architecture design, migration planning, and implementation of hybrid and cloud-native environments; develop your ability to guide technical decisions supporting AI and business-critical workloads; and strengthen your collaboration with engineering teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.

Digital Solution Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
