The role involves creating multi-channel marketing content, managing client websites, and executing email and paid advertising campaigns. You will also be responsible for reporting performance metrics and optimizing agency workflows to support business scaling.
Spend your days creating content, building websites, running campaigns, and shaping how a growing agency works, all in direct partnership with its Director. This is a hands-on marketing role with a real path to account leadership and, eventually, managing a team.
Our client is a growing Australian digital marketing agency in Perth, helping businesses in property, construction, education, and professional services grow online. They’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to work side by side with the Director across social media, websites, email, paid ads, and reporting. This is not an admin or scheduling job. It’s for a marketer who wants to take ownership and grow with the business.
Create social content for multiple client brands (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): graphics, carousels, stories, short-form video and reels, captions, and monthly content calendars, scheduled in Loomly.
Update and build client websites in WordPress and Elementor, including landing pages, service pages, blog posts, and project showcases, with responsive layouts and basic on-page SEO.
Build and send Mailchimp campaigns, from layout and copy to list segmentation, scheduling, and performance review.
Support Meta Ads and Google Ads: prepare creatives and ad copy, monitor results, research audiences and competitors, and work toward managing campaigns independently.
Assist with SEO and Google Business Profile management.
Prepare monthly client reports in AgencyAnalytics, highlighting key findings and recommended improvements.
Manage your tasks and deadlines in Monday.com, keep client files organised, and quality-check everything before it goes out.
Spot workflow gaps early and help introduce systems that let the agency scale.
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or across multiple brands.
Strong Canva skills and a portfolio of polished, professional marketing materials.
Practical WordPress and Elementor experience: you can build and edit pages in the visual editor and handle routine updates without hand-holding.
Experience creating and managing social content across platforms.
Experience preparing email campaigns, ideally in Mailchimp.
Excellent written and spoken English, with a natural feel for Australian audiences.
Sharp research, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Strong time management across multiple clients and deadlines.
Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster, while checking accuracy and quality yourself.
The independence and communication skills to thrive in a remote setup.
You don’t need to be an expert in every platform. A strong practical foundation and confidence learning new tools on your own is what counts.

WPBakery experience
Basic SEO knowledge (on-page optimisation, keyword research)

Variety: a diverse portfolio of Australian clients and industries, with hands-on work across social, web, email, paid ads, and strategy.
Training and ongoing development, with responsibilities that expand as you do.
A genuine career path: client account management, marketing strategy, campaign optimisation, operations, and eventually leading a team.
A supportive environment where ideas and initiative are valued.
