What You'll Do Lead multiple affordable housing developments from site acquisition through financing, construction, and stabilization. Structure complex financing packages utilizing LIHTC, Historic Tax Credits, HOME, HTF, AHP, HUD, USDA RD, VHDA, DHCD, and other funding sources. Prepare financial models, development budgets, and project feasibility analyses. Negotiate with lenders, investors, government agencies, consultants, and development partners. Manage project schedules, funding applications, closings, compliance, budgets, and reporting. Build and maintain strategic relationships that generate new development opportunities. Mentor development staff and provide technical leadership on complex transactions. What You'll Bring 8+ years of affordable housing or real estate development experience. Expertise in affordable housing finance, underwriting, and complex deal structuring. Proven success managing multiple development projects simultaneously. Strong financial analysis, negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Build More Than Housing.
