  • Generate summary reports that prove data integrity and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance post-migration, packaging these technical validations into easy-to-digest formats for the Authorizing Official (AO) and auditors

  • Strong skill in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and presentation software (PowerPoint) to turn raw migration logs into compelling, easy-to-understand slides for sprint reviews
  • Proficiency in pulling data from Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) to correlate team effort with technical outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, fluidly switching between deep-dive technical investigations and generating high-level summary reports for leadership
  • Ability to take complex activities (like fixing a BCCA network packet loss issue) and translate them into clear business impacts for sprint stakeholders
