Senior Content Producer

Join Vistaprint's Marketing team in Sydney or Melbourne, where we serve, encourage, and delight customers. We are passionate about delivering value and exceeding expectations. As part of our ambitious and collaborative team, you'll help grow and build the Vista brand!

What You Will Do

• Own the content production process, from taking briefs to managing ideation and post-production delivery.
• Lead high-volume, paid social content production (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Serve as a hands-on producer on location, managing agile shoot days.
• Plan and complete content, including sourcing talent, photographers, and videographers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Lead post-production workflows, ensuring outputs align with campaign goals.
• Coordinate and tag assets within our DAM (Bynder) to build a structured asset library.
• Brief internal creatives and external partners, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends and performance across paid social, translating emerging cultural moments into relevant strategies.
• Collaborate with internal creative, GTM, PR, social media, inbound growth teams, Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, Product Development, and Customer Service.

Your Qualifications

• 3-5 years of content production experience, with a focus on content that achieves measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Build, Photography, or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver high volumes of content from a single shoot.
• Experience managing production logistics, budgets, freelance talent, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, strong people skills, and a proactive, ideas-first approach.

Nice to Have

• Post-production skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
