Greenlight is looking for a Senior Content Creator who is, first and foremost, a creator. Someone who can spot a trend in the morning, be on camera by lunch, and have it posted before the moment passes and who also knows how to zoom out and build the strategy that makes those posts add up to growth.

This is a hybrid creator-strategist role. You'll own Greenlight's organic social and influencer programs end to end: setting the strategy, writing the plan, and also making some content yourself. You're comfortable being the face in the videos, shooting on your phone, editing in-app, and getting something good out the door fast without a production crew.

We're looking for someone with a real track record of growing accounts organically. If your best work came from scrappiness rather than spend, we want to see it.

• Comfortable and natural on camera, and willing to be a recognizable presence on Greenlight's channels.
• Fast. You'd rather ship something good today than something perfect next week, and you know the difference between the two.
• Scrappy and resourceful. You've made a lot out of a little and you're proud of it.
• Strategic as well as hands-on. You can defend a content plan in a room of marketers and then go shoot it yourself.
• Plugged into culture — you know what's happening on the internet this week and you have a point of view on why.
• Able to work and react quickly in a real-time environment, with the judgment to recognize and escalate sensitive issues.
• Detail-oriented with an eye toward quality control.
• Passionate about consumer brands, especially those serving families.

Our stance on salaries:

Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.

The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $125,000- 145,000

The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $142,000- 135,000
