The Senior Compliance Analyst manages formal complaints and facilitates regulatory examinations across state, federal, and investor levels. They also design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring reviews to identify systemic risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Position Summary
The Senior Compliance Analyst plays an important role in the organization by supporting Guild Mortgage's Origination division through a broad range of compliance activities, including complaint management, regulatory examinations, compliance monitoring, regulatory research and compliance advisory support. Working under minimal supervision, this role independently manages formal complaints, supports and facilitates state, federal, investor, and agency examinations, and assists in the design and execution of risk-based and other compliance monitoring reviews.
Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $67,000 to $90,000 annually.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.

Interaction/Supervision: Works under broad direction with considerable latitude for independent actions; guided by professional standards, desired outcomes and unit/project/program specifications
