As ATB’s next Senior Compensation Specialist, you won’t just be evaluating numbers—you’ll be helping to shape the total reward strategies that motivate our people and drive business success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Compensation, this high-impact role is designed for a seasoned total rewards professional who understands the unique complexities of wealth management and financial industry compensation structures. If you thrive on navigating intricate incentive models, aligning rewards with business strategy, and bring a progressive track record, this is your platform. You will serve as a key strategic partner to our People & Culture team and business leaders, ensuring our compensation practices remain innovative, market-competitive, and grounded in sound governance. We are especially interested in finding someone who brings experience with wealth or financial industry compensation plans, as well as an interest or background in leadership.
We embrace a flexible work approach and we understand that the best talent can come from anywhere. For candidates located outside of Alberta, we are open to discussing fully remote arrangements that would include infrequent travel to the office for key collaborative events. All work arrangements are subject to business priorities and may be adjusted.
This midpoint salary for this position is $138,700.
