The opportunity
The Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning is a hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning administrator, model builder, and reporting expert responsible for the administration, development, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
This position is a key member of the Financial Analytics and Insights team and will play a critical role in expanding the organization's use of Adaptive Planning as an enterprise planning, reporting, and decision-support platform. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will have significant ownership of the Adaptive environment, including model development, configuration, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, security, data management, system administration, and platform optimization.
You will bring demonstrated, hands-on experience building and administering Workday Adaptive Planning—not simply experience as an end-user. You will understand how to translate complex financial and operational requirements into well-designed Adaptive models, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions that are scalable, intuitive, controlled, and sustainable.
The role will partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements, improve planning and reporting processes, develop solutions, and maximize the value of the Adaptive Planning platform.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Adaptive Planning professional to play a significant role in shaping how the organization uses technology, data, and planning systems to support financial and workforce decision-making. You will report to the Senior Director Financial Analytics and Insights. #LI-Remote
