The Senior Business Program Manager will lead executive programs across the MCAPS-Core portfolio by defining success metrics and driving cross-functional execution. They are responsible for managing complex project portfolios, implementing change management strategies, and optimizing business operations to deliver measurable commercial impact.

The Strategy & Transformation team identifies emerging opportunities and drives programmatic transformation across MCAPS Core, our customers, partners, and account teams. We design and test new programs, operating models, and customer experiences, then we scale what works to deliver AI-first transformation, customer growth, and measurable commercial impact.
The Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a Senior Business Program Manager to lead executive programs across the MCAPS-Core portfolio. This role will be instrumental in the design and implementation of key programs that blend across customer, partner, and growth motions.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
