About the Role

Namou Properties is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the development and improvement of our internal systems, automation, and AI solutions.

In this role, you will connect business operations with technology, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of automation projects that increase efficiency across our real estate and property management operations.

You will lead the design and implementation of workflows, AI agents, and data-driven solutions while working closely with different teams to understand their needs and deliver effective systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation workflows using n8n and other tools.
• Build and manage AI agents to improve business processes and reduce manual work.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and business insights.
• Maintain and improve internal databases, knowledge bases, and automation workflows.
• Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation solutions.
• Lead automation projects from planning and development to implementation and improvement.
• Work with different teams to understand requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot existing workflows and integrations and ensure systems work reliably.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Proven experience building and maintaining workflows in n8n.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Practical experience with AI agents and business automation.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data extraction, and analysis.
• Experience leading projects or taking ownership of automation and systems development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Database Design: Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and optimization is considered an A+ and will make your application stand out.
