What you will be doing:

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of TPA setup, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical finance professional with extensive experience in billing operations, reconciliations, and financial analysis. They are comfortable working with large data sets, financial systems, and reporting tools, and can independently manage a portfolio of TPA-managed engagements while identifying process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

This is a temporary position requiring an individual who can quickly contribute, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and collaborate effectively across Finance Operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 – 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or a related financial operations role.

• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and financial reconciliation processes.

• Experience managing complex financial transactions and client billing portfolios.

• Experience supporting Third-Party Administrator (TPA) billing operations. (nice to have)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reconciliation techniques.

• Ability to interpret reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Experience working with enterprise financial systems and ERP platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple business functions.

• Experience supporting professional services finance operations.
