The Talent Scout is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for hourly positions using various methods like cold calling and data mining. They will also manage candidate tracking in Workday and document recruitment activities in Microsoft Excel.

What would you do in this role?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:
• Source for positions to attract qualified applicants by using cold calling, data mining, external job board searches etc...
• Actively work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
• Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when assisting any candidates via phone, email, and in person
• Document information into Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
• Needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity
• Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs
• Must have basic Excel experience
• Must be comfortable using a laptop computer and software
• Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
