As part of their continued growth, they are bringing their digital marketing efforts in-house to strengthen performance visibility, improve campaign control, and expand their commercial reach across multiple channels.

Role Overview

The Search & Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing paid media strategy and supporting SEO growth initiatives across the business. This role focuses on performance marketing, customer acquisition, campaign optimization, and organic search growth across multiple digital channels, supporting both e-commerce and B2B lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Growth Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads

  • Oversee Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns

  • Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and keyword strategies aligned with both DIY consumers and commercial buyers

  • Support expansion into commercial and hospitality verticals through LinkedIn advertising initiatives

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward ROAS, CPA, and lead quality goals

  • Reallocate budgets toward high-performing campaigns and growth opportunities

SEO & Organic Growth Support

  • Conduct SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword opportunities, and site improvements

  • Collaborate with content and creative teams on keyword-driven initiatives

  • Optimize product and category pages for high-volume and high-intent search terms

  • Partner with developers or external SEO resources to implement technical recommendations

  • Stay informed on AI-driven search trends and evolving SEO best practices

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage GA4 tracking, conversion attribution, and reporting dashboards

  • Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates

  • Support landing page optimization and A/B testing initiatives

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve lead quality and campaign alignment

  • Partner with creative teams to develop ad assets, graphics, videos, and supporting content

  • Coordinate campaign priorities around product launches and seasonal initiatives

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing

  • Proven experience managing paid media budgets across Google and Meta platforms

  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns targeting the United States market

  • Experience working across both e-commerce and lead-generation funnels

Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices

  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional coordination skills

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience within home improvement, construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries

  • Exposure to B2B marketing and commercial lead generation

  • Understanding of AI/LLM search optimization trends
