We are seeking a talent Technical Product Trainer- Senior to join our team for Eaton Cummins JV in San Luis Potosí , Monterrey, Guadalajara or Mexico City.

Job Summary
Creates, adapts, and delivers Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) programs for the sales function, ensuring alignment with business needs across the Mexico and Central America region.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Design and develop training and technical education materials.
- Define and structure training programs for Mexico and Central America based on business needs products: manual and automated transmissions, clutch, SR4 diagnostic tool and powertrain familiarization.
- Establish and manage processes for participant registration, payment, and billing.
- Coordinate session logistics, including tools, materials, and execution requirements.
- Support sales and service teams with specific training needs and requests.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update and improve training content.
- Evaluate participant knowledge before and after training sessions.
- Implement satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and generate improvement insights.
- Define and assess participant profiles for each training program.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical experience in manual and automated transmissions , clutch, SR4 diagnostic tool or/and powertrain familiarization.
- Solid Experience in Diagnostics and problem resolutions.
- This position will preferably operate under a 100% remote work arrangement. Preferred candidate locations include San Luis Potos, Monterrey, Guadalajara or Mexico City.
- Availibilty to travel national and internationally 80% of the time.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in a Service or Thecnical Support area
- Passion for Mechanics and Auto Truck Industry
- Basic to Intermediate English Level
