SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant

• Experience in SF Employee Central implementation and/or production support.

• Hands-on experience with SF Employee Central module.

• Experience working directly with customers.

Technical Skills

• SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Experience mass uploading employee data information (EC)

• Experience mass uploading Organizational data information (EC)

• Business Rules Management.

• MDF Object Management.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• At least 2 years of experience of SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Medium level experience of MS Excel.

• SuccessFactors Employee Central active certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as: Learning, Performance and Goal, Onboarding.

• Release management experience.

• Experience working directly with 2+ customers at the same time.

• Experience with Ticketing Handling Tools (SNOW, JIRA)
