Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Tracking/Time Entry. The role will focus on building in-house functional expertise, supporting ongoing AMS activities, working alongside the System Integrator (SI) during implementation, and managing future enhancements and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide hands-on functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking/Time Entry.
2. Support configuration, enhancements, testing, defect resolution, and release-related changes across these modules.
3. Work closely with the SI during implementation to review solutions, validate configurations, support testing, and build internal system knowledge.
4. Provide ongoing AMS support, troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to support SLAs.
5. Understand integrations between time management and payroll systems and support issue resolution in collaboration with integration and payroll teams.
6. Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of in-house support capabilities.

Required Experience

1. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking/Time Entry.
2. Experience in both configuration and AMS/application support.
3. Experience working on global HR technology projects and supporting multi-country environments.
4. Good understanding of time management processes and integration with payroll systems.
5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the SI and internal teams.
6. Experience in configuring global and local time schedules , absence types and reports  

Good to have: UKG/Kronos experience and exposure to SAP or third-party payroll integrations.
