  • Configurazione e gestione delle funzionalità della piattaforma SAP SuccessFactors
  • Collaborazione con uno o più moduli della suite, ad esempio Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning o Compensation
  • Interfaccia con utenti, stakeholder e team di progetto
  • Supporto ad attività di evoluzione e, se previsto, integrazione tra SuccessFactors e altri sistemi SAP o applicativi aziendali
