A . Job Description: SAP Solution Manager – ChaRM
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in end-to-end ChaRM implementation and processes.
Experience in creating logical components and solutions as per the landscape.
Experience in creating phase cycles and continuous cycles.
Experience in scheduling import jobs in managed systems.
Experience in managed system configurations, LMDB, and SLD processes.
Experience in ChaRM status customization, including hands-on expertise in action profiles, condition profiles, and formulas.
Experience in end-to-end SOLDOC implementation.
Requirements:
Experience in integrating ChaRM with CTS+, QGM, and other SAP Change Management tools.
Transport Management: Hands-on experience in managing Transport Requests (TRs), Transport of Copies (TOCs), and Transport Routes in ChaRM.
Authorization Management: Experience in setting up and managing authorizations for ChaRM users, including roles and profiles.
Reporting & Analytics: Knowledge of ChaRM reports, dashboards, and KPIs for monitoring change request processes.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Expertise in analysing logs, debugging, and troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues.
Upgrade & Patch Management: Experience in pre-ChaRM system upgrades steps, resolving post-upgrade issues.
Documentation & Training: Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and provide training sessions for users on ChaRM processes.
Required Experience:
Experience: 4 to 8 Years of exp in SOLMAN
Experience on SAP Solution Manager in configuring ChaRM (Change Request Mgmt, Change Control Mgmt), Document Management, Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring, Project definition and blueprint nodes, Template Management.
Ability to develop processes and procedures for governance around the use and deployment of Solution Manager.
