Description:

Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills. 

Estimated salary range for this position is $69,845.44 - $90,799.07 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Masters.

• Masters Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• Experience working with quantitative and statistical data.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized.
• Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
• Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
