We’re hiring an SAP Sales Director based in Mexico to drive our SAP business across LATAM. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact role, build trusted relationships with CXOs, and deliver real value through SAP-powered transformation.

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow our SAP business across LATAM, starting from Mexico.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients, decision-makers, partners, industry leaders, and SAP.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies tailored to the LATAM market, aligned with Westernacher’s goals.
  • Identify client needs and translate them into tailored SAP solutions.
  • Manage key accounts and drive growth through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal practice leaders to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for operational matters (e.g., SOWs, AR).
  • Ensure the sales team meets its performance goals.
  • Report regularly on pipeline, forecasts, and key account metrics.


Role requirements:
  • Relevant university degree.
  • 7+ years of SAP delivery, sales, or key account management experience.
  • Proven success in LATAM markets, with deep cultural and business understanding.
  • Strong network and experience managing CXO-level relationships.
  • Solid background as an SAP delivery consultant, with hands-on project experience.
  • Strong presales capabilities, including solution positioning, demos, and value articulation.
  • Familiarity with SAP DSC modules such as EWM, TM, IBP, PP/DS is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (MS CRM preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
