The Data Migration Lead will define and execute the data migration strategy for the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the system integrator to ensure data readiness, quality, and successful cutover.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with strong expertise to lead the data migration workstream for our SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. The Data Migration Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for all migration-related activities, partnering closely with the System Integrator (SI), business process owners, functional teams, and legacy system stakeholders.
This role is accountable for establishing migration strategy, governance, scope, work execution plan, data readiness, business alignment, issue resolution, and migration-cycle oversight while ensuring business-owned data is prepared, validated, approved, and ready for successful migration to SAP S/4HANA. This role is also responsible for the migration of historical data to meet compliance and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Governance
Define Original Composites & Fiberglass’s data migration strategy, scope, governance, and success criteria. Drive readiness, issue resolution, escalations, and business sign-off.
Business & Stakeholder Leadership
Serve as the primary liaison between Original Composites & Fiberglass, the SI, business process owners, and functional teams for all Data matters. Align stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and manage dependencies.
Data Readiness & Quality
Oversee data migration scope, data quality, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation readiness. Ensure business-owned data issues are addressed and approved before migration.
Migration Planning & Execution
Lead planning, work execution plan, and coordination of migration cycles, including SIT, UAT, mock conversions, and production migration. Track readiness, risks, defects, and cycle outcomes.
Cutover & Go-Live Support
Partner with the Cutover Lead to plan and execute migration activities. Coordinate final validation, reconciliation, business sign-off, and post-go-live support.
Vendor & SI Management
Oversee SI data deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations. Challenge assumptions, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of migration objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
8+ years of SAP or ERP data migration experience.
Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA data migration workstreams, preferably in Greenfield programs.
Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master and transactional data.
Experience working with System Integrators and managing migration governance.
Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent communication, planning, risk management, and issue-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Manufacturing industry experience.
Experience managing migrations from multiple SAP legacy environments.
Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP MDG, and data governance initiatives.
Experience supporting large-scale ERP cutover and go-live activities.
Experience using data migration tools to improve data quality and reduce the time required.
Experience using AI-enabled technologies to improve data quality a plus qualification.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, integration platforms, and enterprise data management solutions.
Work Conditions
Travel required to support U.S. locations and global manufacturing facilities as needed
Additional hours may be required based on project timelines, global coordination, SAP maintenance windows, production incidents, or go-live activities
