About the Role

Fincons US is seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives. This is a remote position supporting teams and stakeholders in the Los Angeles market. The SAP BW Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP Business Warehouse solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP BW solutions, including data models, data flows, transformations, and reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective SAP BW solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes, data extraction, transformations, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and reporting structures.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing application and data support.
• Collaborate with SAP, data engineering, reporting, and business teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance.
• Participate in SAP BW enhancements, integrations, testing, deployments, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/SAP Business Warehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Strong experience with SAP BW data modeling, ETL, data extraction, transformations, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, integration concepts, and business intelligence processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred.

This is a remote position supporting the Los Angeles, CA market.
