We are currently searching for a SAP BTP Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Central projects, overseeing all phases from discovery through deployment and support.
• Coordinate and manage a team of development resources, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and mentorship throughout complex project lifecycles.
• Own full responsibility for end-to-end application delivery, working alongside Project Managers, QA resources, and Support Teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business requirements, HR processes, and reporting needs.
• Analyze and document client requirements, translating them into system specifications and design documents.
• Advise clients on best practices, change management strategies, and system adoption approaches.
• Design comprehensive Employee Central solutions, configuring modules including organizational management, employee data, workflows, business rules, and security settings.
• Manage, negotiate, and resolve project risks and complex issues effectively to prevent escalations.
• Create an open, honest, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment.
• 5+ years of experience in building application extensions in SAP BTP.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on SAP BTP in both Neo and Cloud Foundry environments.
• Leverage SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Node.js/Java to build scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Develop and optimize complex database models, stored procedures, and views using SAP HANA Cloud and SAP HANA 2.0 (XSC and XSA environments).
• Implement advanced analytics and performance tuning on HANA DB to optimize query execution and data retrieval.
• Work with HANA Data Provisioning tools (SDI, SDA) to integrate external data sources.
• Design and build custom extensions for SAP SuccessFactors modules using SAP BTP and SAP Cloud SDK.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with external systems through OData APIs and SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).
• Extend and enhance functionalities of SuccessFactors using Business Rules Engine, Workflows, and UI5/Fiori applications.
• Implement and manage OAuth2, SAML, JWT, and other security protocols for BTP applications and APIs.
• Maintain compliance with SAP security best practices and implement S/4HANA extensions using SAP Fiori/UI5.
• End-to-end understanding of the IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial) with strong business analysis experience and basic data modelling understanding.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Significant experience in a customer service role and business management role.
• Work experience in a professional services industry.
• Certification in SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: Fluent English speaker required for seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
