A conversation can open the door to a new career. Upsender is hiring for its Salt Lake City sales team, and we're looking for dependable people who can listen, explain things clearly, and learn through practice. This is a full-time position you can do from home.

You might be coming from a store floor, a restaurant, a customer service desk, or a call center. You might have worked in appointment setting or sales already. What matters is how you communicate, how you follow through, and whether you're willing to put coaching into action. Previous sales experience is welcome, but it isn't required.

Help interested customers take the next step

You'll speak with prospective customers by phone and video, find out what they need, and help them understand Upsender's products and services. The goal is a useful conversation that helps a person decide whether an available solution fits their situation.

In a typical week, you will:

• Ask questions and listen carefully to a prospect's priorities
• Describe options in plain language and answer questions
• Reconnect with people who need more time or information
• Record clear notes so each conversation has a useful next step
• Join team coaching and practice sessions
• Use feedback to improve the way you communicate with customers

Learn the work with support

We provide product education, guidance on our sales process, and conversation tools you can practice. Coaching, role-play, and feedback on calls help you build confidence as you develop your skills. You don't need to have every answer on day one; you do need to prepare, participate, and keep improving.

A good fit for this team

We're looking for someone who treats people professionally, keeps commitments, and stays organized without someone looking over their shoulder. Being comfortable with feedback matters. So does having the motivation to develop a skill that takes repetition.

This opening may suit someone starting in sales, moving into sales from another customer-facing job, or returning to work with a fresh career goal. We welcome beginners who are ready to learn.

Set up for remote work

The role is fully remote and assigned to Upsender's Salt Lake City, UT team. You'll need a computer, dependable internet, and a quiet space for phone and video conversations. Full-time availability during weekday U.S. business hours is required.

Compensation

Salary: $2,194 to $3,694 per week.
