About the Role

We are looking for a hungry, self-starting Salesperson to join a growing UK-based product and trade supply business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who genuinely enjoys selling, understands the psychology behind buying decisions, and consistently applies proven sales techniques to convert opportunities into revenue.

The business is generating a steady flow of inbound leads through Meta and Google advertising campaigns. Your role will be to engage these prospects, build rapport, understand their needs, and guide them confidently through the sales process to a successful close.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, takes ownership of their results, and enjoys turning warm opportunities into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads generated through Meta and Google campaigns into paying customers.
  • Conduct professional consultative sales conversations with prospective clients.
  • Identify and sell on both pain points and desired outcomes.
  • Manage and nurture leads throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Follow up consistently and effectively to maximise conversions.
  • Build trust and credibility while representing the company brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
