Salesforce Delivery and Change Management

Red Hill is hiring the delivery, change management, and experience design layer for a multi year enterprise Salesforce program. This posting covers program leadership through hands on change management and user experience roles.

Levels we are filling: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Engagement Manager, Principal Engagement Manager, Organizational Change Management Consultant at three levels, Experience Architect, and Experience Designer.

ABOUT RED HILL CONSULTING

Red Hill Consulting LLC is a New York based information technology, governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm. We staff and deliver enterprise Salesforce programs for large public sector and regulated industry clients.

This is a direct W2 hire onto Red Hill payroll. We do not work corp to corp and we do not engage 1099 contractors for these positions. Benefits include an optional medical, dental, and vision plan, employer paid basic life and long term disability, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

LOCATION

Remote, United States. All work must be performed from within the continental United States, defined as the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Client data may not leave that area, so we cannot consider candidates who will be working from outside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•   Run Salesforce delivery workstreams end to end, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and status reporting to client leadership.

•   For the senior program leadership level, oversee multiple concurrent enterprise Salesforce implementations as a single portfolio.

•   Build and execute the organizational change management plan, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and adoption measurement.

•   Facilitate requirements and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

•   For the experience roles, produce journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, and validate them through usability testing.

•   Manage the intake and disposition of change requests against an approved baseline.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   For the senior program leadership level, seven or more years of information technology program and portfolio management experience, plus demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent enterprise Salesforce implementations.

•   For project and engagement management levels, five or more years managing technology delivery, including at least two Salesforce implementations within the past five years.

•   For change management levels, demonstrated ownership of adoption, training, and communications on an enterprise platform rollout.

•   For experience design levels, a portfolio showing enterprise or public facing application design work.

•   Documented role on each referenced project.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   Prior delivery for a government agency, public authority, or other regulated entity.

•   Experience with agile at scale, including SAFe or a comparable framework.

•   Accessibility experience against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA.

CERTIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR

•   Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent recognized program management credential

•   Salesforce Certified Administrator

•   Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

•   Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

•   Salesforce Certified Associate

•   Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer

•   Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer

•   Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional

•   Prosci Change Practitioner or CCMP

•   SAFe Agilist or Certified ScrumMaster

PMP or an equivalent recognized program management credential is required for the senior program leadership level. The remaining credentials are strongly preferred and are weighed by level.

HOW WE VERIFY CERTIFICATIONS

Red Hill verifies every Salesforce credential before a candidate is presented to a client.Include the public link to your Salesforce Trailhead profile in your application. We confirm that each credential you list is current, in good standing, and has not lapsed under Salesforce maintenance requirements.For each credential, list the credential name and the date you last completed its maintenance module. Credentials that cannot be verified on Trailhead will not be counted toward your candidacy.
