Sales Support Specialist

 

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with National Accounts customers through a concierge-style service approach.
• Support sales performance goals by monitoring key indicators and ensuring seamless account operations.
• Manage account setup, pricing maintenance, sales order placement (EDI/API/manual), invoicing, and backorder resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and eCommerce to ensure account satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Managed Care and Buying Group leadership to resolve operational issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with National Accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and resources to support operational excellence.
• Handle incoming calls, cases, and service requests in the National Accounts queue.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

 

More about you

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven ability to work proactively, solve problems independently, and manage competing priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and results-driven.

 

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $20 to $26. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
