Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the day
  • Experience presenting offers, negotiating with customers, and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Experience using real estate CRM platforms such as Pathwaize, REsimpli, Podio, InvestorFuse, FreedomSoft, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems
  • Experience updating CRM records, managing lead pipelines, placing leads into automated sequences, and tracking follow-up activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, phone dialers, email platforms, and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate terminology and property acquisition processes preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously
  • Performance Bonuses: You will earn a cash bonus for every single lead you generate that successfully turns into a closed deal.

Core responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to residential property owners daily
  • Contact potential sellers using company-provided lead lists, CRM campaigns, and MLS opportunities
  • Identify motivated property owners interested in selling their properties
  • Ask qualifying questions to gather property details, ownership information, condition, timeline, motivation, and pricing expectations
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective sellers
  • Present purchase offers based on company guidelines and acquisition criteria
  • Negotiate with property owners while identifying mutually beneficial solutions
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with qualified sellers
  • Send follow-up emails, text messages, and additional information as needed
  • Maintain detailed notes and accurately update all lead activity within the CRM
  • Enter new leads, update lead records, assign lead statuses, and move prospects through sales sequences
  • Manage follow-up campaigns to ensure consistent communication with prospective sellers
  • Review MLS listings and reach out to listing agents or property owners when appropriate
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and prioritize follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals for calls, offers, appointments, and contracts
  • Stay knowledgeable about local real estate market conditions and acquisition strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
