About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for a self-starter who is confident in closing deals and building strong client relationships.
This role is commission-based with high earning potential for top performers.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C as applicable).
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Meet or exceed the minimum monthly sales target of 10 closed deals or earn a 10% commission on successful sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
What We Expect from You
- Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Eligibility to live and work in Germany
- Willingness to participate in necessary training or workshops based on operational requirements
