We are looking for a Sales Representative I to support the expansion of Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio in the Triveneto area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strong technical expertise and strategic sales planning, developing customized product and service solutions that meet customer needs. Working closely with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, the CRM Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships, provide clinical and technical support, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the adoption of innovative CRM technologies while achieving sales objectives and delivering value to customers and patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

  • Area sales responsibility for targeted centers in Triveneto area.
  • Maintains and develops CRM business with existing and new customers in line with the District Manager guidelines in the defined sales territory.
  • Analyses the marketplace, develops an effective territory/account sales strategy and presents the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.
  • Identifies and addresses all key decision makers (clinical, administrative /economic) key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts and reports on them to the district manager on a regular basis.
  • Further develops existing accounts into new therapies and develops entirely new accounts.
  • Builds strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
  • Attends and participates in key professional congresses and events as required.
  • Provides technical support to customers (i.e., physicians, consultants, cardiologists) according to territory guidelines.
  • Trains and educates relevant hospital staff on Medtronic products, using Medtronic resources in the most effective way.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Completed studies in Biomedical Engineering or medical fields.
  • Professional experience in a clinical context or in a sales position in medical technology.
  • Medical technology knowledge.
  • Technical experience supporting procedures in the operating room.
  • Understanding of hospital dynamics and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.

Thorough knowledge of the CRM competitive marketplace and a strong understanding of all CRM product lines is preferred. Experience managing strategic accounts and/or high-complexity customer relationships is highly desirable, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments and drive successful outcomes.
