Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our portfolio of fintech products, services, and digital subscriptions through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting. Acting as a consultant to prospective clients, you will use virtual platforms to conduct live demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Drive revenue by initiating and closing sales through inbound inquiries and cold/warm outbound outreach.
  • Lead Management: Qualify and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems to track interactions and maximize conversion rates.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets (KPIs) through consistent, high-volume, and professional communication.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the fintech space to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the fintech, SaaS, or digital financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial solutions clearly.
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient "hunter" mentality.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a remote, desk-based role that requires extended periods of computer work, screen time, and live presentation via webcam and webinar software. A professional home office setup is required.
