What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll guide prospective clients through the complete sales journey — from the first conversation to the final agreement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, video calls, and other virtual channels.
• Build genuine relationships by listening carefully and understanding each client's goals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs and priorities.
• Explain financial solutions clearly and confidently.
• Tailor your recommendations to each client's individual situation.
• Handle questions and objections professionally and help clients make informed decisions.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing.
• Follow up consistently to keep opportunities moving forward.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team collaboration to continue developing your skills.
