Job Overview

The Sales Ops: Renewals & Cross-Sell Associate drives customer retention and revenue growth by managing renewals, supporting cross-sell activities, and providing sales operations support. This role combines customer-facing sales execution with back-office functions, including contract processing, proposal preparation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to collaborate effectively across departments in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage renewal pipeline across all customer segments through multi-channel outreach.

  • Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations following established templates and pricing guidelines.

  • Respond to inbound sales and drive cross sell initiatives via ticketing, phone, chat, and email.

  • Process contracts and sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Support Account Managers/BDMs with administrative workflows (purchase orders, invoices, service provisioning coordination).

  • Assist with RFP/tender preparation and public sector procurement processes.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation

  • Prepare reports on renewal pipeline and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Support, Technical) to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Suggest process improvements and help maintain templates and internal knowledge base.

  • Among other duties, periodically shall act outside main responsibilities in order to help the company’s main target as well as develop within it.

Skills & Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Professional customer service skills across phone, email, chat, and ticketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and MS Office.

  • Experience with contracts, purchase orders, and documentation.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable.

  • IT background or technical aptitude is a plus.

For this role, working hours are fully remote.
