We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support commercial execution, sales process management, forecasting, reporting, and operational coordination for Radian Arc’s GPUaaS and AI infrastructure business.

What impact you will have

This is a highly cross-functional role with a strong operational mandate, responsible for helping drive scalable sales execution, pipeline governance, forecasting discipline, process scalability and operational consistency, and reporting across global sales and commercial operations.

The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support opportunity progression, commercial workflows, KPI tracking, reporting, and sales process optimization.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, infrastructure or technology platforms, forecasting processes, operational workflow management, and commercial process coordination.

As Radian Arc continues to expand globally, the Sales Operations Manager will play a central role in helping scale commercial operations, improve pipeline visibility, support deal governance, and align operational execution across the organization.

This role offers the opportunity to help build and scale the operational foundation of a rapidly growing infrastructure and platform company operating at the intersection of telecommunications, AI infrastructure, GPUaaS, sovereign AI, and edge computing.

What you’ll do

Sales Process and Pipeline Operations

  • Support management of the global sales pipeline across GPUaaS and AI infrastructure opportunities.
  • Help maintain opportunity qualification frameworks, deal stage progression, and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate opportunity reviews, pipeline reporting, and commercial tracking activities.
  • Support alignment between Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance during deal progression and deployment planning.

Forecasting and Reporting

  • Build and maintain sales reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and forecasting models.
  • Track key operational and commercial metrics including pipeline progression, conversion rates, deployment milestones, infrastructure utilization metrics, capacity forecasting, partnership expansion, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Help improve forecasting accuracy and operational visibility across the business.

Commercial Operations and Workflow Coordination

  • Support quote, proposal, order, and contracting workflows across commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational activities related to customer onboarding, deployment readiness, and commercial execution.
  • Help maintain consistency and operational visibility across pipeline tracking, reporting environments, commercial workflows, and cross-functional coordination processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and help drive process improvements across the commercial organization.

Commercial Systems and Workflow Operations

  • Support commercial workflow management across Google Workspace-based operational systems, pipeline tracking tools, reporting environments, and automation workflows.
  • Help maintain data quality, reporting consistency, and operational visibility across sales and commercial processes.
  • Support ongoing development and optimization of lightweight operational tooling, reporting, automation, and workflow management processes.
  • Help define scalable operational standards and documentation as the commercial organization grows.
  • Support development and continuous improvement of scalable commercial operating processes across pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, deployment coordination, and operational reporting.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to support commercial execution.
  • Support alignment between sales forecasting, deployment planning, and operational readiness.
  • Participate in operational reviews, commercial planning discussions, and KPI reporting activities.
  • Ensure operational transparency and communication across internal teams.

Market and Operational Analysis

  • Support analysis of sales performance, pipeline trends, deployment progression, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and commercial scalability.
  • Assist with development of operational reporting and executive-level business insights.

Team and Process Development

  • Help establish scalable sales operations processes as the company grows.
  • Support onboarding, training, and operational enablement activities across the sales organization.
  • Foster strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, business operations, or related operational roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, telecom services, or technology companies
  • Strong understanding of commercial workflow systems, forecasting processes, pipeline management, operational reporting, and process governance.
  • Expert-level Google Sheets proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting dashboards, data analysis, forecasting, and sales operations reporting.
  • Experience supporting complex or long-cycle enterprise sales motions, including familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing operational workflows and KPI reporting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and multiple time zones is highly desirable
