Mochi Foods is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while also keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with wholesale and retail customers, process orders, coordinate shipments, and support inventory and purchasing activities.
As a small and fast-growing company, we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to wear multiple hats.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and shipping
- Help customers find the best products and solutions for their business
- Process customer orders and generate invoices
- Coordinate shipments with warehouses and logistics partners
- Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing activities
- Maintain accurate records for orders, purchase orders, and vendor communications
- Assist with inventory planning, forecasting, and operational reporting
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse partners to ensure excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, purchasing, or related fields
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in food & beverage, CPG, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing workflows
- Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, Extensiv, NetSuite, or similar systems
- Experience working with warehouses, freight carriers, or suppliers
- Startup or small business experience
