Sales - Media Assistant

We're partnering with a dynamic media company to find a talented Sales - Media Assistant. This temporary role is based in-office from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. Ideal candidates will have around five years of media experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. Join a team focused on delivering exceptional client service and strategic media solutions. *Sales - Media Assistant Responsibilities:* * Support pre-sales activities by coordinating marketing efforts, preparing pitches, and responding to marketing briefs with insights and solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities within clients' linear and digital portfolios. * Assist in developing and organizing qualitative data for pre-sale presentations in partnership with the insights team. * Facilitate active campaign management by working with marketing, ad operations, and research teams to ensure campaign elements are delivered successfully. * Help coordinate post-sales activities, including renewal efforts, recaps, and success story compilation, alongside sales and marketing teams. *Sales - Media Assistant Qualifications:* * At least four years of relevant media experience in linear and/or digital platforms. * Proficiency in media math and data analysis, with the ability to manipulate data for reports and presentations. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proven problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset designed to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
