Job Description

Our Nuts business is a global leader in almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, and value-added ingredient solutions.
We're looking for a commercially driven leader to grow our Nuts Ingredients business across Europe, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and help shape the future of food innovation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the European commercial strategy for our Nuts Ingredients portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across key European markets.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic multinational and regional customers.
- Lead high-value negotiations, contracts, and long-term commercial partnerships.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with innovation, sourcing, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Champion a high-performance, data-driven commercial approach across the region
What You'll Bring
- Significant B2B sales experience within food ingredients, agri-commodities, or a related industry.
- A proven track record of driving growth and managing strategic accounts across Europe.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capability.
- The ability to influence across functions, cultures, and markets.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
