As we continue to invest in growth and expand our market share, we are looking for a Sales Manager – Large Machines to play a pivotal role in shaping our success.

This is not a standard sales role — it’s a strategic, technical, and customer-facing position where your expertise will directly influence growth across the UK.

You will:

  • Own and drive the sales strategy for large rotating machines, including HV motors and generators

  • Partner with regional sales teams to identify, develop, and convert high-value opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams

  • Influence the market through insights on competitors, emerging technologies, and industry trends

  • Support the development of innovative service solutions alongside engineering and operations

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against ambitious growth targets

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

  • Significant experience in large motors, generators, or rotating equipment

  • A strong track record in technical sales or solution selling

  • Deep understanding of aftermarket services and lifecycle management

  • The ability to engage confidently with both engineers and senior decision-makers

  • Proven experience delivering sales strategy and growth

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and engage with customers on-site
