To strengthen our presence in Italy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Italy to drive growth across the food and beverage industry, with a focus on dairies, breweries, and beverage producers, as well as system integrators and machine builders serving these industries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting and solution-oriented support to OEMs and end customers in the dairy, brewery, and beverage production industries
  • Actively develop and grow a customer base while identifying new business opportunities within a high-potential sales territory
  • Work closely with customers to identify needs and develop tailor-made solutions, creating long-term value and partnerships
  • Manage and win customer projects from opportunity identification through negotiation and successful closure
  • Collect and structure Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to deepen customer understanding and contribute to continuous product and solution development
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Represent Anderson-Negele professionally in the market, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and high-impact customer experience

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in engineering, food technology, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Experience in food production, process industries, and technical sales 
  • Strong passion for sales, combined with curiosity and openness to modern, value-based sales approaches
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel within Italy to support customers and business development activities
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is an advantage
