Bid & Tender Management
- Lead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs issued by public transport authorities and operators.
- Analyze tender documentation and define winning bid strategies.
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and contract negotiation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, delivery, finance, management) to produce high-quality and compliant proposals.
- Ensure proposals align with Nexfeld’s commercial strategy and product roadmap.
- Maintain structured processes for bid planning, documentation, and deadlines.
Opportunity Development & Market Acquisition
- Develop and execute proactive acquisition strategies to build a strong pipeline across Scandinavia.
Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers including public transport authorities, operators, and mobility providers.
- Build a structured target account list across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
- Monitor procurement pipelines and public tender databases to anticipate upcoming opportunities.
- Leverage industry events, associations, and networks to generate leads.
Cold Acquisition
- Execute targeted outbound acquisition strategies including:
- Cold outreach to senior stakeholders
- Strategic LinkedIn engagement
- Direct engagement with mobility decision-makers
- Develop early-stage conversations that position Nexfeld as a trusted technology partner before formal tenders.
Opportunity Shaping
- Qualify opportunities using structured sales methodologies.
- Map stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Work with prospects to define problem statements and solution requirements ahead of procurement processes.
- Position Nexfeld’s capabilities in alignment with upcoming procurement frameworks.
Strategic Business Development
- Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
- Develop account strategies for key public transport organizations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in the mobility ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate market needs into product development insights.
Market Intelligence
- Develop deep expertise in the Scandinavian mobility and public transport landscape.
- Track regulatory changes, procurement trends, and competitive developments.
