KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Target Achievement
Drive sales of photovoltaic and battery energy storage product lines in local market. Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to contract close — delivering against annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets.
2. Business Development & Channel Expansion
Identify and develop relationships with project owners, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators across the country. Build a structured channel partner network to grow company's market coverage and brand presence.
3. Account Management & Relationship Deepening
Manage and grow existing accounts with proactive, responsive support. Assist clients on product selection, technical queries, and project implementation. Drive repeat orders, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
4. Commercial Negotiation & Payment Management
Lead all commercial engagements end-to-end — from proposal and quotation through to contract execution. Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery, and manage receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track local and broader European solar/BESS market dynamics, competitor activity, policy changes, and pricing trends. Provide structured market feedback to inform company's product strategy, positioning, and pricing decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven sales experience in BESS, solar PV, or related clean energy sectors, with a track record in channel development and distributor/installer network management
• Strong knowledge of solar and storage market
• Commercially driven, strategic thinker comfortable with both individual contributor and team leadership responsibilities
• Long-term commitment to the clean energy industry
