We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Asia to drive new business opportunities by connecting Asian merchants with our payment infrastructure in LATAM. This role is key to expanding Localpayment’s presence across the region, helping digital businesses grow in emerging markets through seamless local payment solutions.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in fintech, payments, or cross-border commerce.

  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing key merchants in Asia.

  • Experience working with companies such as XTransfer, LianLian, Thunes, Nium, Payoneer, PayPal, or TransferMate is a strong plus.

  • Strong understanding of digital payments, local payment methods, and cross-border settlement models.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities among Asian merchants aiming to expand into LATAM and other emerging regions.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to attract high-value clients across e-commerce, digital platforms, SaaS, and fintech.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing and handover to internal teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, C-Level executives, and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and solution implementation.

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize our go-to-market approach.

  • Represent Localpayment at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Asia.
