A day in the life:

  • You'll spend your days on the road meeting customers, supporting distributors, and uncovering

  • New market opportunities. From managing key accounts to negotiating local contracts

  • You'll balance hands-on technical support with long-term sales strategy, ensuring customers receive both innovation and service they can trust.

What you'll do:

  • Build and grow strong customer and distributor relationships.

  • Manage global and European accounts within your territory.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand into new markets.

  • Negotiate local contracts and agreements.

  • Provide technical support to customers and distributors.

  • Track competitor activity, update CRM, and report on sales opportunities.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs.

Must-haves:

  • Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

  • Several years commercial experience in B2B consumables.

  • Strong background in Metalworking Fluids or Industrial Lubricants.

  • Native German with fluent English.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
