Are you driven by building relationships and closing deals? As an Account Executive at Rosor, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract execution. You’ll work closely with customers seeking high-resolution airborne geophysical data and exploration solutions, becoming a trusted partner in their projects.

This role is essential to strengthening Rosor’s market presence, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term client partnerships. If you communicate clearly, understand technical value propositions, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this position gives you the opportunity to turn your sales expertise into tangible impact in the world of geophysical exploration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across mining, energy, environmental, government, and geospatial sectors.

  • Lead discovery calls, assess client needs, and develop tailored UAV and geophysical survey proposals.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, negotiation, and contract execution.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth handoffs, scope alignment, and successful project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

  • Represent Rosor at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen industry presence.

  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to support product and service innovation.

  • Uphold Rosor’s culture of professionalism, responsiveness, and client-first service


Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative-selling skills.

  • Strong organizational ability and proficiency with CRM platforms.

  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can manage multiple deals simultaneously.

  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and project kick-offs.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Assets

  • Experience in technical sales, geophysics, exploration, geochemistry, remote sensing, UAV operations, or spatial data.

  • Technical background enabling clear translation of service capabilities into client solutions.

  • Established network in mining exploration, producing mines, natural resources, energy, or geospatial industries.
