Role:

Native English Required.

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, a true self starter, motivated by making money, tech savvy, comfortable on camera, and not afraid of rejection.

In this role, you will handle inbound discovery video calls from our marketing, follow up with prospects in our CRM (GoHighLevel) via text/phone calls/email until they either close or clearly opt out. You will be expected to keep your pipeline organized, document everything properly in the CRM, and communicate clearly with the team.

Week 1, you will learn about the company, our ICP, our offering and shadow discovery calls. Week 2, you will pratice leading discovery calls while a sales manager shadows you for support. Week 3, you'll be confident leading discovery calls solo, and then commission/bonuses kicks in.

A plus if you have experience doing B2b outbound sales via cold calling/social media. This is not required, but if you are looking to fill up your calendar further than this is highly preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all booked video discovery calls, answer prospect questions, and explain our service clearly
    • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods via calls/texts/emails
    • Maintain a clear, up to date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM
    • Go over your recorded discovery calls with the team to improve
    • Show up early or on time to internal and external meetings, every time
    • Educate prospects on our service from a confident and professional perspective
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client handoffs from sales to recruiting and beyond
    • Report any recurring prospect objections, feedback, or issues to the Manager
    • (Not required, but highly preferred) Fill up your calendar further with cold calls or other outbound B2b strategies

    Requirements:

    • Native English Required
    • Previous remote closer experience (highly preferred)
    • Must be self motivated and productive in a remote environment
    • Must be motivated by making money
    • Must have experience overcoming objections and asking questions to find prospect pain points
    • Strong computer skills required
    • GoHighLevel experience or general CRM experience required
    • Quick thinker who can learn fast and communicate clearly
    • Open to growing rapidly

    • 5 days a week/ M-F 8am-5PM / EDT time zone

    Compensation:

    • Base salary + uncapped commission | OTE $29K/year - $45K/year first year
